1. Check the blocks, determine the processing direction according to the grain direction, the degree of avoidance of defects, the size of the granite block cutting machine board surface, and other factors, check whether there are hidden processing hazards, and avoid damage to the saw blade and equipment during sawing.
2. For blocks with cracks, AB thickened mesh marble wire saw machine or sticky slate should be used on the top, both ends, and bottom of the block; blocks with many holes and cracks should be treated with glue and sticky slate or thickened mesh;
3. It is estimated that the marble with many cracks cannot be returned to the block of the saw blade. When the kerbstone cutting machine line material is loaded, a cement pad should be added at the bottom and then sawed.
